2. SMS Messaging (10DLC Compliance) By providing your phone number and booking an appointment, you consent to receive text messages from Frame Restoration regarding your project, appointment reminders, and follow-ups.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can opt-out at any time by replying "STOP".
3. Data Security We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access.
Part 2: Terms & Conditions
1. Online Appointment Booking Online bookings are for initial consultations or estimates only. An online booking does not constitute a legal contract or a guarantee of service for a specific construction project. Frame Restoration reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, staffing, or emergency site issues.
2. Cancellation Policy We value our project managers' time. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation.
3. Accuracy of Information By using our online booking tool, you agree to provide accurate project details and contact information. If the site conditions differ significantly from the description provided online, we reserve the right to adjust our estimate.
4. Limitation of Liability Frame Restoration is not liable for technical errors in the online booking system or for delays in project starts caused by unforeseen site conditions or permitting issues.
